Grew from the foot-hills of Kigezi at the village called Buhoma where he became a Field assistant in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, researching about the Feeding behaviours of the Mountain Gorillas before finding his passion as a Field Ornithologist.
Having the experience of 20 years leading wilderness safaris in the region makes me happy spending most of my time in the Wilderness. Established Broadbill Forest Camp in 2010.

Kagezi Joanna was born in Kabale District which is in the South Western Part of Uganda. She is a member of the Bakiga Tribe.
In her childhood she used to love bird watching, she used to write stories about them and the most exciting thing about the stories were the birds but little did she know that Bird Watching and writing stories would contribute to her carrier.
Joanna studied at St. Mary’s College Rushoroza for her High school Level and she is now a Bird Guide, Content Creator and a Sales Manager at Ranger Africa Safaris.
HILLARY GONGO
RESERVATIONS RANGER AFRICA SAFARIS
Hillary Niwagaba Gongo was born in Bwindi Buhoma, just after the main gate of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park the home to the half of the remaining Mountain gorillas in Uganda Africa.
He is a member of the Bakiga tribe. His father was a Ranger in Bwindi Impenetrable National park and there after happened to be among the First rangers that habituated the first Gorilla Groups in Bwindi park and later turned to be a Tour Guide all around East Africa.
Hillary was inspired by His Late Father Mr Vumiria Phenny Gongo who was a Great Conservationist which made him get into the Tourism Industry to let people know how great Nature is!. Hillary studied Computer science/Information Technology that helps him on creating Tourism websites and trained as a Tour Guide at Broadbill Forest Camp from 2017 up to 2019. He then later worked with over three Travel companies as a professional Tour driver and safari guide and now providing his services with Ranger Africa Safaris.
